Well, looking at Tired Hand's Brew Cafe/Fermentaria taps right now, there are plenty of hoppy stuff (none of which I've had and would venture most here haven't):

Brew Cafe: Psychic Toll (rye/sumac IPA) or Higher (DIPA)

Fermentaria: FunnieDuddie, American Youth (splice of Daisy Cutter & HopHands), Weedeater (DIPA), Senseless & Scentless, We Are All Infinite Energy Vibrating At The Same Frequency

@jordanmiller, you already mentioned HopHands, but here are some others. I have no idea on their pricing though.

I'd be happy to try anything they put out. All of their beers sound so interesting and good. Highlighted my favorites.

 

He will be picking up from pizza boy, they tap TH beers, he won't be going to there actual location sadly

 

Thanks for talking for me, dad. I can possibly get some stuff from Otto's in State College tomorrow, but I can't guarantee how fresh it is I can get bottles or growlers, the growler(s) would be at least two days old by the time I get to the share

 

Two day old ottos growlers shouldn't be awful, and I bet not many people have had double d, maybe that'd be a good option?

 

Yeah, Double D is good, nothing too crazy, but a tasty double IPA. I'll head over there tomorrow and get a growler of it, then pick up pizza boy/TH growlers/crowlers friday

 

Hey guys.

I obviously won't be able to make the bottle share on the 10th, but maybe I could join another one in the future? I'll be heading down to Lickinghole Creek that day, so I'll have LCCB Chocolate Decadence and its variants (Coffee Decadence and Raspberry & Coffee Decadence) with me, along with some 2014 Batchelor's Delight.

Keep in mind, I'll have to drive all the way up from St. Mary's County, so I have to find a place to stay for the night. Hey, at least the Annapolis area has a semblance of rideshare/public transportation choices.

 

Got a bottled scratch beer from troegs that just released today to help with hops, will bring 2x 12oz. I have a couple other troegs bottles I might bring not necessarily to share but that I just can't see myself getting to that we can either open it you guys can have as a new tick since we already have a lot of beer ahead

 

I'm excited for tomorrow. I just hope those cool Japanese beers at Max's don't kick. This obviously takes priority. Was debating getting some samples then heading to the share. Time to throw my beers in the fridge.

 

I could only get 64oz growlers of everything because I don't own any 32ozers and Pizza Boy/Otto's didn't have any :x Got growlers of Otto's Double D IPA, Tired Hands Hophands Pale Ale, and Tired Hands Aloysius Hoppy Brown Ale. My pulled pork came out not quite as good as I was hoping, but still tasty.

 

At those ABV's, they will definitely get crushed.

 

Was in bed when I wrote that comment. Glad I did, because I remembered I had to make the mustard dip. Ugh. Sleep, then beer!

 

Well hell yeah. Double D and Hop Hands are pretty good, but I haven't tried Aloysius yet. I'm pretty new to the whole share thing, Cody, Devon, Chris, and Ian got me to come along to this one haha.

 

You'll have a lot of fun. We're all easy going guys that just want to drink good beer. Good company and good times!

 

Jordan and I are leaving soon but we have 2 stops to make and Google maps says about an hour and a half without the stops. See you guys in a bit!

 

Fellas, don't forget about the bringing some Emergen-C since Ian isn't with us today.

 

Already thought of that, that's one of the stops lol
