    Roundabout Speculation Alert

    My guess is that because Roundabout is a new brewery that doesn't have investors or do crowd funding or anything like that, the buy in for tons of barrels isn't really feasible. I know he has like 4 barrels going right now, but if Voodoo was around for like 10 years before getting their barrel program going, why would you expect more from Roundabout? I know I'm the Roundabout cheerleader around here but I've never walked out without something in my growler (and three pints in my gut). Right now the Smoke and Spice is awesome and I love the Earl Grey Pale. Oh, and Jacked Up, obvi. That all being said, this batch of HY-er seems different to me, a bit maltier.

    And they fill growlers.

    I am enjoying the Jungle Juiced as we speak and going to try the Hop Stalker next. If I don't dig it is on to Carson St. Deli for a Big Gruesome

    Really good. Think grapefruit sculpin, but us in oranges for grapefruit and Head Hunter for Sculpin.

    Plague will still be on tap at DL when they open again on Thursday. I know there are a few kegs left at least. And it is exceptionally good I might add. I agree it has to warm and open up a bit but it is worth seeking out.

    Jungle Juiced was orange citrus yum. So much fruit juice which masked the head hunter for the most part.

    I didnt enjoy the Hop Stalker.

    So yeah, we must not have similar taste in the hoppy stuff...cause I think this year's hop stalker is even better than last year's...and I thought last year's was great.

    I really enjoyed the Hop Stalker I drank today. I agree that I like it better than last year's, but I miss the 16 oz cans. Never mind @troygreer, his pallet is finely tuned for Sixpoint Jammer :wink:

    I was just talking to someone else about how bummed I was to see bottles vs cans...ultimately it's about the liquid though. And they nailed it this year.

    Shhhhh don't tell anyone that I didn't like 4 Bean either.

    I ended up at FH for a second round of Jungle Juice. I know you Fat Heads blowers would be happy about that

    Then we must have similar tastes, because I thought the same of this year's Stalker--much better.

    My thoughts on the Jungle Juiced followed along this script as well. Don't know that I could have more than two in a sitting though.

    Just had Jungle Juiced, Hop Stalker, & Hop Fro @ the saloon yesterday & enjoyed them all. Jungle juiced was the most unique Id say, the orange reminded me of Orange Kool-Aid
