New to Ohio (2015)

    Lest anyone thinks otherwise, you will never hear me complain or whine about not getting to try a beer. It's not that important to me. My only question was why Fat Head's holds a keg (that is going to be around for weeks) until an hour or two after opening.

    I hear you, for sure. There are some people who seem to not ever have to work. Morning release on a weekday? No problem. Evening release on a weekday? No problem. Weekend release? No problem. It's wild for sure.

    Well, I have a window from about 3:30 until 5 where I can sometimes have a few beers(i'm going to extend it a bit today). I would trade that for the 5:30-10 window any day. Haha

    i just learned (too late) that a keg of viet speedway came and went at Bob's cultural hub of the midwest. Anyone know of others in the CoolBus area? the ba version is one of my all times.

    fwiw, untappd suggests cappy's in cincy has a keg on right now.

    Just googled it. Actually sounds reasonable I suppose... Imagine market for this kind of trade is pretty thin, however. Taking the Quality/Quantity to the limit!

    I love that he's like, "Well, I have this freaking keg of this beer". Like I want to know how one just acquires a keg of it--because it's obvious he didn't intend to get it for personal consumption evidenced that he doesn't have a kegerator already.

    I hate buy beer just to trade it guy whether it is a 1/2 barrel 1/6 barrel growler 6 pack bomber or single. I can't be the only one that hates when they hear I really don't like that beer but it has good trade value so I bought x many of them.

    There were over 100 1/6 barrels of Vietnamese speedway in the state of Ohio. It baffles me how little retailers purchased them before the balance was made publicly available for retailers to purchase additional allotments.
