Pittsburgh - New Beers & Local Breweries

I'm pretty sure Seven Gates and Lexicon are the only two beers they can/12oz. Everything else is either tap only or bombers.

 

Man I was getting worried. This thread went over 12 hours without a post.

 

Just got back from Shadyside MD. It was Christmas in October....... Spring House bottles were $6.99. The got more Track #8 in, more 120min, more New Holland Reserve Sour in and BBA Santas Little Helper.

GE is always cheaper. Doesn't surprise me at all. Hell, they had $9.99 Dirtwolf fills.

 

That's a damn good price. I like the stuff, but it'd be work to knock off the whole thing myself in two days.

I paid 13.99 for a growler of jungle juiced at robinson MD last week so im sure its correct

 

Mentioned recently I was headed to Scranton, and that I'll pass Bullfrog, Selin's Grove, Turkey Hill and Marley's. Haven't finalized my lineup yet, but wondering if anyone is aware of any of these places offering crowlers? Don't see as such on their websites, but figured I'd ask.

 

I was chatting with @HunterPGH the other day and we agreed that we are long overdue for a bottle share. I was thinking about Nov 8th at my place. Pancakes, bacon and beer. Does that date work for anyone?

Yeah, I jumped on the Spring House stuff because there was a lot less of it. I expect the Backwoods to last at least a week or so considering how much they had in the bulk stack.
