I have to root around in the shop for one, but I think a church key would be appropriate here.

The dribble. It's just a thing you have to deal with. I've had crowlers from all over and that first pour is a leaky one.

Or, just the nearest pointy object. A small puncture before ya snap open the top is all it takes.

I do the plastic wrap/elastic, but normally step up my pace...to negate science.

The only beer I've ever had that falls off pretty much immediately is Zombie Dust. Everything else has a nice shelf-life.

    BUMP.

Are crowler-capable spots so omnipresent today as to make updating this list a futile endeavor? The recent Fremont thread piqued my curiosity, but it looks like this list below is about a year old. If any follow up with posts of updated info, I'll gladly copy, update and paste this list again. (And thanks to Sechrist for getting us this far last summer!)

Lower Case in Seattle does crowlers. I'm also certain the forthcoming Seattle Growler Guys will do them.

    Boneyard has one now too.

I saw in an industry publication that resealable crowler caps are due at the end of the year (twist-off caps like some large size energy drinks have). You've still got the headspace issue for keeping after the initial pour, but I think the center opening may make that first pour a little smoother. I asked one of the GG's whether they'd heard about them and if they planned to use them, and the woman told me their older machine could accommodate the taller lids but the newer machine at the location across town couldn't.
