I do have a winter stash of hearty, dark beers. Probably mid to late November time frame to start opening them.

 

Me too. Been stocking up like I stock up sours over the winter for summer refreshment. I just have a hard time opening say, ATWTD, when it's 90 out.

 

Unlikely here in SF. But we're expecting the worst El Niño ever, so I'll start busting out the stash when I see the water splashing outside my window.

 

You'll have a harder time drinking it by yourself. Actually, with fewer than 4 people.

Try drinking stouts in Florida where its not only 1 degree cooler than the surface of the sun but its as muggy as a Taiwanese sweat shop.

 

You guys are funny. I'll drink crazy dark beers all year long no matter what the weather is like, love me some stouts and what not.

 

Got some catching up to due on the thread but got a couple things I need to handle.

First had asked #pickitupformebro for some Westbrook Gose. Immediately had several responds (awesome and liked again) Kyle and I made an arrangement to do paypal, and simple told him if there were extras in the box then I'm sending a box of extras as well. So his response was some 90+ rated beers "accidentally" fell in there. So Ya'll know how that goes @UTvols05 I got my eye on you!



Killer extras. Never had anything else from Wicked Weed beside there sours so there in the fridge for this weekend. Thanks a mill Kyle! Cheers

Second order of business. Dennis offered Kane Fourth Anniversary Ale, decided to jump on this the second time around and boy did @syracuse bring the heat!



A Carton Brewing wax top growler? Bad ass if you ask me. More Carton brewing - 077XX and HopPun. 077XX is an awesome IPA and HopPun is a new tick.
Never had anything from Kane, so this Head High will be enjoyed tonight.

Dennis thanks for your generosity. I half your return box in the making and after the bottle release I'm attending Saturday it will be complete. And thank you a mill!!

Third on the handling business list is a Turkey hint:

Which brings me to final and last thing I need to handle.
