For the record the will call tent took care of the lack of enthusiast card very happily! The Cocoa Bourbon Nibbler from DH was great, and personally I really enjoyed what I had from Unity Vibration. Bell's Cherry bbl was nice and the usual suspects from Kuhnhenn, Witches Hat and Greenbush didn't disappoint. Wish I could have tried more!

Nearly everything from Ferment was on point.

Motor city gas powered Porter from River Rouge was probably the most pleasant surprise. Of course Dragontrax lived up to the hype as did Cocoa Bourbon Nibbler.

And did anyone else try the hot dog beer from Greenbush? Can't say it was good, but I didn't hate it.

They had it on Saturday too. Ludicrous amounts of coffee. Everyone in my group enjoyed it.

Another thing loved by my group was Triple Mashed DM. New Holland knocked it out of the park. I had a bottle of the DM coffee & chocolate last week, which was meh, so I expected to be disappointed. Boy was I wrong. ISO: Bottles!!!!!

Short's Maple Bourbon Magician was fantastic.

Double Bubble IPA. Not the greatest, but I couldn't believe I was drinking bubble gum. Crazy.

Hopcat's Light Side of the Sun series continues to amaze me. Awesome session beer.

Also, was nice to meet you @tommyz!

    These stood out for me:
    • Dark Horse Cocoa Nibbler
    • Witch's Hat Dragon Water (1/2 Dragontrax, 1/2 Well Water blend) was fantastic!
    • Kunhenn BB4D mixed 50/50 with Cherry Oud Bruin was another great blend, recommended by the guy pouring for Kuhnhenn.
    • Pigeon Hill Your Mom on French Toast
    • Greenbush BA Cabra Perdida
    • Unity Vibration Triple Goddess Bourbon Peach
    • Griffin Claw Apridisiac Apricot Sour

    Yes, very nice.

Agreed. Likely my favorite of the fest (of something I hadn't had previously).

Did not like the Triple Mashed and was surprised I didn't given all the good feedback. Overly sweet, borderline gross. Palate may have been shot. I'll give it a go again if I stumble on a bottle.
Totally agree with you on the Short's. Great stuff.

The most underrated brewery in Michigan, IMO.

I had a bunch from Ferment on my wants list. A couple (Not Not, Peanut Graham) were subpar and turned me off trying anything more than Cowboy.
