Your favorite Winter beers

    I tend to stick with imperial stouts, imperial porters, barleywines and any barrel aged version of those.

    Most of the stouts I'd grab have been mentioned, but a couple more brews I'd consider are:

    Double Bastard, preferably with a years age
    Lucky Bastard, fresh

    No, not to my knowledge. I drank this beer regularly for years, but the last time I had it was June 2014 when I was in Montreal for Mondial de la Biere. I went to the pub and bought some at a shop. I've been in Asia for three years and I do miss that beer.

    Something smoky, like a Straffe Hendrik Heritage or a Kasteel Winter. I've also enjoyed a nice Barley wine as well.

    Love a dark stout or doppelbock after a long, cold marathon training run. Favorites are Terrapin Wake N Bake, Three Notch'd Jack's Java, Starr Hill Snowblind, Founder's Breakfast
