    Yup. Got the email from the brewery. Gonna call my spot Tuesday morning and see what time the shipment hits. I'm on it!

    Saw on Twitter that the trucks are leaving from Chicago all day today. Hoping that means we shall see it in stores tomorrow. The first place I checked, the beer guy said "oh yeah, we had that four months ago but sold it all." Um, okay then.

    Was one of the better fresh hop beers I had last year. I look forward to it, though I think being under the one hitter series, it will be pricier than it was last year, but I'll still grab a sixer nonetheless.

    @MrDave

    ^Whoops! Sorry!

    Petaluma. It's all over here. Whole Foods, BevMo and Petaluma Market. On tap at Taps (2pm) and Jarmisons Roaring Donkey (where I am right now sipping a pint!).

    I paid $12(ish) for the 6 pack.

    Have at em.

    Upside of work travel is I get to drink lots of good beer on the company dime. Downside is I got to nowhereville towns where I can't get this on day one

    1. So Chicago will not see it til Wednesday at the earliest? 2. Can you just buy a sixer at the brewery? (Chicago)

    Why did I see a Lagunitas employee post on Twitter yesterday that trucks were leaving Chicago every hour until 6 p.m. last night? Unless that means they're covering the other markets first, then here. No problem with that. Just wondering when I can get my grubby hands on some Born Yesterday!

    And to answer your question, yes, sounded like you will be able to purchase this at the brewery. I was told this by an employee when I was there two Saturdays ago. Then again, he told me come back next (so, last by now) week, because they were bottling it then. Obviously that's not the case, 'cause we are now past last week with no BY! Confusing enough?

    Has there been indication from Lagunitas as to how widespread distribution will be? Are they sending out bottles from Chicago to NYC?

    I haven't seen anything about other markets. Keep checking this.

    This is the truth. I work for a freight broker, and we have been picking up kegs and bottles all week.

    This will be available pretty much where ever Lagunitas is sold, within 48 hours of being bottled. Something the owners and transportation manager stressed to me and my team.
