It was definitely around. I picked one up back in June here in Baltimore..

 

The yes market does have bourbon county but has no idea how to pour it. My fill was all foam almost not worth it. $32 for 64 oz.

Very nice about it, but they said they never got trained, nor do they have a fill tube.

 

Keg is kicked. Ha, woman I spoke with actually mentioned the foam issues. She said they hope to get more soon.

 

I was there after you guys and got roughly two growler fills worth

 

What's the consensus here? Anyone have an idea of how many bottles were made? The FB invite says limit of 2 per customer.

 

They were pouring this at the Shelton Brothers Festival in Tampa Bay 2 weekends ago. They said 400-500 bottle release.

edit: just called one of them, they say they don't have it

maybe that just means Lagunitas just shipped it out

 

Norm's is getting it tomorrow(per Twitter), but they are closing early(5pm) for a Vienna Halloween parade.

 

Where do you guys suggest I go around here to get the freshest local IPAs. Trying to execute a trade and I don't want to misrepresent our local beers by sending him something old.

 

Get some growlers from Ocelot. Nothing else in the area comes close in terms of quality.

If you're set on packaged stuff, maybe get some bottles of Lost Weekend from the Bluejacket bottle shop & OTWOA cans from the brewery.

 

The brewery if it's local enough but I find most of the local beers to be pretty fresh at any decent store.

 

Pretty much this. There isn't a single brewery in this area that can touch Ocelot's IPA game.

They are making Home again BTW. Can't f'ing wait.

Yea, hoping Dominion gets some kegs of that. Sounds fantastic. They usually get all their beers, and full kegs which is nice. Courthaus Social had Reuissue: Mosaic on tap on Sunday. Liter pours all day. I went to bed really early on Sunday, so thanks Ocelot!

 

Where did you hear this? Haven't see anything on their facebook mentioning a returning.

 

They had it on at Whole Foods Fair Lakes yesterday, probably still. That's not too close to Dominion but its closer than the brewery is.

 

They did an event at Dominion a month(?) ago. I asked them about it and they said they are going to brew it again since everyone liked it so much. It's difficult to obtain the hops they use for the beer, so it takes some time.

 

How is "Watch Me Disappear"? McLean TW lists it for the growler station.
