It's perfectly normal to drink beer in a grocery store at 1030am right?

My motto is that it's perfectly normal to drink beer anywhere at anytime.

IMO (check it, an acronym  ), it's far sadder to be passing open bottles around to strangers standing in a parking lot in Larimer at 10:30 AM....waiting to buy....MORE booze...

Take on a slightly different perspective and we're suddenly a bunch of low lifes.

e2 got back to me and here are the important price points.

Payment and Fees: fees include $300 room fee (deposit), per-person menu cost, staff/ labor, 4% coordination fee attached to the price of the menu and of course, 7% sales tax. A quote can be given at any point upon request to help you in budgeting. An invoice will be provided on the day of your event at which point payment in full of the balance is required.
Here's the document outlining details and here's an example buffet menu. If there's enough interest I think we can create a new thread and figure this out.

If we have 48 BA's (capacity) it would be ~$40 per person and then gratuity.

What does it say about me that I got my armband and then went and slept in my car until showtime?

Based on past experiences, the upper room at the Beerhive is free as long as folks contributed to the buffet (about $10) or ordered off the menu. May be a cheaper option.

Mentioned before about the Victory app not working (the beer finder option in particular), but it looks like the Mad Mex app, which always had updated tap lists, no longer works either. While I realize there are other options to get this information, I found the app easy to bring up and preferred it over a web search. Tried updating, then deleting and reinstalling, but to no avail. Anyone else use either of these and found similar issues?

Yea that seems a bit pricey. There food is pretty good, but there are places out there that are willing to let us use their space for just ordering off the menu. There are some that might even let us do it for free. $40 a person just to get their food doesnt equal a good deal for me, and that contingent on getting 48 people to attend. Not say that that isnt doable, but find a day and time that works for 48 people is a bit harder. It was a good thought Hunter.

Thanks! I agree, the price is a bit steep for a share. Would be a great spot but maybe someone can find a free/cheaper option.
