    to start, you have an imperial stout (night fall) versus night mare (dry irish stout). i bought a bottle of both the templeton rye and the ambler bourbon versions on night mare. the ambler was extremely lacking. didnt even feel like it was barrel aged. the templeton rye was also very dissatisfying. a bit more enjoyable than the ambler though.

    i bought both bottles of the nights fall when it came out as well. i recall both being much more enjoyable than the night mare versions.

    two friends of mine had similar reviews of night mare and were actually contacted by LTD due to the lacking reviews.

    lol... I have walked by those uncle jacobs about half a dozen times thinking maybe today is the day I drop the 16 bucks per 12 oz beer and buy these up. Inevitably I end up grabbing something way cheaper and thinking maybe next time if they are still here.

    It was delicious. It is 135 IBUs and 11.5% and tastes really sweet without an overly bitter aftertaste. I was impressed as it was my first entry for LTD
