    there hasn't been a shortage of GBS in RVA for years. it can be found at the local gas stations!

    No shortage in RVA but not much has been distributed or available out of market. I hear VAE already has a bunch in their warehouse already for West distro. It was 4pp last year I think.

    With a 4pp limit I think my original idea of showing up an hour or so after release opens up may work.
    Already sitting or or was that last year? Our area just started getting Hardywood beers in our distro the Summer of '14

    I may end up rolling in right at release. Thinking of hitting Strangeways at noon for Havoc (I love Cascadians...please don't judge...), then head to Hardywood and wrap up my excursion at Ardent. Hopefully the boozed up Choosy Mother isn't the shocker sell out of the day!

    Similar plans to me. I have to be in RVA for some other things but was planning to hit up Isley for a couple Boozy bottles, possibly Strangeways if they still have some Gourd variants and then finally HW a little before 3 hoping they line is not still crazy long AND they have bottles left.

    Good to know NOVA has been getting some. Hopefully since Virginia Eagle got HW distro last year that we start getting at least more GBS and even some of the variants.

    Oh nice, I've heard they have a pretty good peanut butter porter. Is it actually good (in your opinion) or is does it taste gimmicky/artificial?

    I think all peanut butter beers taste gimmicky/artificial... only had the C.M. from them but I do like it better than all other peanut butter beers I've had (Liquid Bliss, Sweet Baby Jesus, the Willoughby one, etc).

    I'm sure bottles will be available after the first rush, even with those that double back. I would stay to double back but have family things to do. Plus, i'm bringing about 45 mules so I should be set.
