    New on tap at "The Patio Pool Bar" aka my kegerator.
    Sailfish Brewing Angelfish Saison
    This is damn good and pretty complex.
    It is a Calabaza and Sage saison with french saison yeast with white rum soaked black truffles.
    You get the sweetness from the rum, funky flavor from the truffles and it has a very dry finish.
    Kudos to the guys. This is really good.
