But if he cuts the allotment in half as well, it will give us another minute #winky

    Another two minutes

I fondly remember the first FF release at O'so when few people knew much about the beers and I was able to buy as much as I pleased before heading to the CW anniversary party. Those were simpler times.

Which reminds me, I'm still sitting on a bottle of Sikaru because the employee helping with bottle sales told me to let it age for 5 years or more, it's testing my patience not to drink it, anyone open one recently?

Can't wait to get my first Funk Factory beers and see O'so as well. I've only heard good things. Cheers to Wisconsin beers.

I haven't been out to O'so yet (I did say yet...). Are there any FF beers normally available, or is everything sold at special releases?

This and that is why it sold out in minutes. :slight_frown:

How many bottles of each were made? Just curious. Cheers on the success Levi!

FYI - for anyone still holding bottles of O'so they'd like to return

    (via Facebook)

O'so Brewing Company - Tap House

ATTENTION! Anyone wanting to return ANY of the Bourbon Barrel Aged Night Train Variation Beers released last year, you have till NOVEMBER 14TH (last chance, none will be taken back after this day).

As we have been doing all year, We will offer you an exchange for any available $12.50 bottles of O'so, while supplies last, or we will offer you a four pint drink voucher valued at $16 for each bottle returned and un-opened. These can be used anytime and they do not need to be used all at once.

Saturday, November 14th is the O'so Anniversary Party/Toys for Tots Drive, so if you do not want to pay $15 to get in, please return the beers before 9 p.m. on Friday, November 13th, 2015. EVERYONE entering the O'so premise on Saturday, the 14th must pay the entrance fee. Doors open at 4 p.m. at the Anniversary Party and there will be a line, so please plan accordingly.

Thanks and we appreciate your past, present and future business!

    Team O'so

So BA Convienet Distraction is not one you can exchange?

We will be serving samples out of the bottles you could be purchasing. Only 870 bottles available, a pilot batch we should definitely have made more of. This one is very complex and tasty.

For what its worth I like your system (even though the bpt going live on a weekday at noon is prohibitive to me since I'm working then usually) but if I can get the bpt even if I can't make it to the release I can still get beer and so can others from out of state.

The only problem I see is that you might have trouble being able to get every beer from every release FF does which is inconsequential, because nobody needs to be able to do that.

Should FFG beers be listed under O'so's profile also? Does anyone else find it confusing that you never know if the one you are looking up might be under FFG or maybe it's listed as an O'so release?

Agreed, they should only be listed under FFG. Listing among O'so's beers is like if you listed a Drie Fonteinen beer under Lindeman's profile because Armand used wort from them.

No, these beers are a collaboration between O'so and I. They are as much O'so as me.

Ok, I just was asking since most collaborations have 2 origins. For example, Todd The Axe Man is made in Minnesota and Denmark. Is the Madison location primarily for barrel aging?

The Madison location is really only a barrel warehouse unless things have changed since its inception.

I would guess this is the same sour peach they had just tapped a few Saturdays ago. If so, it was amazing.
