    People in DFW will still try and hoard for trading purposes. It's quite laughable at this point. I enjoy a bottle or 2 at this time of year, but beyond 2 or 3 bottles, does anyone really think the trade value is that high? SMDH.......:astonished:

    I don't know about trade value, but this beer is durable as fuck. Keeps easily for 3 years. I'd buy a case if I could.

    The HEB on IH-35 in Schertz had it yesterday afternoon so if you live or work in NE San Antonio it wouldn't be a long trip. Only a few left after I was done grabbing two bottles, not sure if there were more outside of the cooler. There didn't appear to be a limit. Yesterday Specs at 35/1604 said they were going to get it some time this week, either Tuesday or Friday.

    HEB Alon Market, Gabriel's Superstore and Spec 1604/Bandera all have it today. Most other stores in SA will be getting it tomorrow.

    Thoughts on this year's batch? Just had it on cask here in Dallas. Much more cinnamon than I recall from previous batches...not sure how I feel about it.

    Still good, don't get me wrong...

    Know if there was a limit at HEB Alon Market? and the price? I was surprised it was a 1pp at TW when I see people putting pictures of cases!

    I'm glad they made enough for a second wave this year.... I look forward to the time in Houston where it isn't a race to get this beer. I'm not greedy. I just try and get three bottles a year.
