Got Born Yesterday but I was wondering if MD was getting bottles of Doppel Sticky? I missed out on the draft. :slight_frown:

Man 12.99 a 6pk here in San Diego, i did buy 2 but this is a different beer to me than last year. Last year 7.3% (?) this is 6.5, very good but much lighter all around for me.

Gonna have to agree with what seems to be the general consensus here. This beer is great and I wouldnt say I regret buying two sixers but it is a different beer then last year. Last year it was a tropical fruit explosion in a bottle. This year it has some fruity character but is much more piney and dank then it was, very reminiscent of enjoy by as others have said. ( but wait. I love enjoy by so i'm complaining because why?)

It wouldn't be cost effective. I like 11.5 days on all my IPA's anyway. They better start putting exact times on the bottles as well. 11 days and it's a little too hot but at 12 days it's just a malt bomb.

Hit NM yesterday. Pretty frickin satisfied. Never had last year's. This has a big combo of hop flavors and smells for me. Slightly piney, slightly citrusy, slight tropical. Bone dry with minimal malt presence. Ends with what I consider onions and dill. Love or hate thing I feel as the hype sorta builds and people just try to try.

Top tier stuff for sure. May need more than the three six packs I bought. Too good of a price. It should be rewarded

had last night! totally surpassed my high expectations!

also love the fact that this is the first beer that lagunitas printed a clear "borned on" date on their bottles.
i hope all their stuff will have dates soon

Around $14.00 a sixer around here...thinking about grabbing one to try side by side with Victory Harvest Ale...tried a Six Points WH Sensi last night and was thoroughly disappointed.

Got mine in western suburbs of Chicago Weds..It' spretty solid, not sure I'd go running around for it. But a few bottles and some Law & Order SUV on a Friday night is alright in my book.

Super good! Got some in San Jose. No lingering hop aftertaste. It was real crisp!

Not as good as last year, still great, but not "best hoppy beer of the year good" like last year.
It's more available which is good, last year Total Wine near me got 2 cases, this year it looks like they got 2 pallets.

The small town I work in has one good bar when it comes to craft beer. They have a keg that they're sitting on until Shugga kicks. *facepalm*. Luckily I'm flying home now where the wife has already purchased two six packs so I will be able to finally chime in on this one soon. I fly back on Monday, so hopefully by then the Shugga will have kicked so I'll get me some more of this goodness. No disrespect to Shugga though, that's some really good shit and great bang for your buck.
