A big I'm doozy of a box of pumpkins has indeed landed on my porch. Just got it unpacked but I'm off to work in just a couple minutes, so the pr0n will have to wait until tonight.
Don't feel bad! It was just crazy that we were there at the same time. It is a delicious beer- along with the rest of them in there.
A bit nervous about it. It's their Farmers Reserve Strawberry. Have a beer or two on standby for afterward. Hoping the strawberry flavor adds to the taste. Will report back.
Doesn't the Zhukkov label (more at least online description) say it's meant to be cellared for a few months?
The 2015 batch was bottled 7/28/15. It should be ok by now, unless he's talking about a 2014 bottle like some of us, then he's definatly good to drink.
My bottle does say that it's best served when cold outside (odd coming from a Florida brewery) and when conducting a land war in Asia...so take it for what it's worth.
