Update for Frederick, MD...Born Yesterday is here. Probably was distributed middle of last week (so around 10/29ish?). Ye Olde and Riverside both have it. Also seeing Brown Shugga around.

This is the 2nd batch / the 2015 vintage of double mexican radio, the said they made some small tweaks but just about everything was the same, still aged in Jack Daniel barrels. That being said i dont know if it was because it was fresh but the chilis spice was cranked up to the perfect amount and it was phenomenal.

Anybody know when the next batch of Wings will be out? I know they still have some at the brewery from the Sept release but was hoping to time a trip when the fresh stuff hits. Thanks

If they haven't sold out of a September batch by now, they need to start distributing OTWOA. I guess maybe it's the only way to get people to visit the brewery. Love that beer but my days of making the drive to that dump are over. Side note, the price of their core beers has recently gone up at my local store.

What about the brewery makes you call it a "dump"?

I agree that it's horribly inconvenient to get there from VA, but I wouldn't call it a dump.

DC resident here who fully appreciates that this thread includes Maryland and Virginia. DC doesn't get Cigar City, Alesmith, or Linckinghole Creek, and it's nice to see what events/releases are happening outside the city.

Any Victory Harvest sightings? It was fantastic last year.

Maybe 'dump' is a little harsh but it's not the type of place I have the desire to go hang out and drink beer at. It's just a warehouse with a few tables and a cash register. It's not like it's in a nice part of the city where I could at least do something else. It would rank dead last on my list of breweries to visit and I'd never recommend anyone go there other than to pick up OTWOA or some other brewery only release.

I stopped by DC Brau thi weekend. They were still selling the 9/15 OTWOA batch, so I declined to purchase any.

They didn't know when the next batch would be out, but they did mention they were down to their last Wings keg, so I would think it should be sometime soon.
