Coffee Stout in December is great news. Looking forward to it. As for the Milk Stout, it's not my favorite style to see NG do (especially as a Thumbprint) but I'll give any Thumbprint a shot. Dan Carey and the NG crew are just that good.

 

Im okay with the milk stout as a thumbprint but it seems a bit odd to release milk stout and coffee stout around the same time. Ill definitely be drinking both of them though!

 

Any chance they included abv info on the Milk Stout?

Anyone try the milk stout today? Haven't seen many reviews on it yet. I was thinking about making a trip up north to try some.

 

Haven't been on this thread for a while. Milk Stout is a Thumbprint? Oh man, cannot wait to get out to Wisconsin this weekend. It's been a while since I was hyped for a Thumbprint (I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just that there have been a lot of re-runs lately).

 

Is it out yet? I live in Madison and haven't seen it on the shelves yet. I'm looking forward to the coffee stout in Dec.; best one I have had by far.

 

Yes, bought some last night in Stoughton, so it should be all over Madison as well.

 

I saw it at Steve's on Junction and Woodman's on Gammon yesterday.

 

Was at Ray's in Milwaukee had it last night.

Didn't pick any up. Just had the Rasputin 18 upstairs and picked up a 4 of Abrasive on the way out. Sorry I couldn't give feedback.

 

I thought it was quite good. Not a Moloko but still very good.

That said, I'm also sick as hell so my taste may be off a bit right now.

 

Pretty decent, for a milk stout. Should it be in a sixer instead of a Thumbprint - yes.
