    Glad to everyone enjoying this great weather ....but its weird outside at 5:30 @ 65 degrees in the dark on November 3rd.
    I love it! Picked up 2 more sixers that I will go through quite delightfully over the course of the next week.

    Evening BA's.
    Been a pretty rough week here...last week my wife's nephew died from a car accident, then on Saturday my Mom was admitted into the hospital due to some kind of kidney infection and now yesterday I was just told that I will not be permitted to continue to work remotely and if I want to keep my job....I have to move back to PA!
    So really wasn't into drinking or even eating the past couple days. Talked to my Mom earlier today and she is feeling better so I feel good and my job, well....maybe they'll get the VP to change his mind. Maybe not.
    Either way gotta eat, and it being National Sandwich Day

    A roast beef and pork sandwich with mushrooms and hot peppers paired with some potato salad and tortilla chips.

    And drinking.....this turned IPA....

    Nothing wrong with it at all!

    We went out for lunch Sunday with my 90 year old mother. She wanted to go to Ebenezer's, because she likes Mary Jane, their IPA. I had Chocolope, a nice porter. I decided to bring a growler home with me.

    Finally got some of this & was hoping to score some Born Yesterday after seeing it was available in another SC market. I asked the beer guy if he was going to get it and he said "I don't know". I told him "can you call your Rep & find out" & he responded "I don't want to bother him", really? I've got this attitude from a couple beer dept managers lately and it's like they don't care if you are a satisfied customer or not, I guess they think you'll just buy something else that they over-ordered.:slight_frown: Anyway, just a little rant and I'll get over it. Maybe I should start a thread about it.

    That's terrible news. So sorry about your wife's nephew, but glad you mom's feeling better.
    It sounded like you were settling in and enjoying Florida. Here's hoping the VP reconsiders.

    Shit man are you kidding me?? I'm so sorry to hear about your wife's nephew and your mother. I lost my bro the same way and mom left early. But to throw the job in there too? That's is surely a very trying week. Man if I was I close I would definitely come and join you for a few to talk. I wish you the best of luck and peace to your family. Stay positive man!!

    Hit La Cumbre to pick up some bottles and decided to give their Grange's Session a spin. This beer was brewed for Ales for ALS. Certainly a good cause. Great beer too.
