    TW Roseville still had a few 4-packs of Backwoods Bastard as of 8:30pm (I took one). They also had Bell's Expedition Stout at $15.49 a sixer. They had a crap-load of Abrasive (as mentioned by BeerForMyHorses; thanks for the heads-up!)...

    For those of you chasing Sierra Nevada Barrel Aged Narwhal, Liquor Barrel in New Brighton had 8 to 10 bottles of it (with the old screen printing, for those who care...I do not). $22.99 each. I didn't see a limit. They also had plenty of 10/2/15 P-Sue at $9.99 a 4-pack.

    Zipps had a BUNCH (at least a case and a half) of BA Narwhal as well, as of last night, 21.99 no limit.

    At $22 there is a reason there is no limit...it's not bad but I can buy 8 bottles of the normal for that...

    Agreed. I wasn't satisfied with this brew at all the last time around. This and overhyped Double Barrel Jesus are some of my most recent disappointing brews.

    Man... I fucking love BA Narwhal. I won't pretend that it's competitively priced like their other beers, but I'll be damned if that isn't a top notch barrel-aged imperial stout.

    So...anybody have any inside info of Backwoods? Is what's out it for the Twin Cities? I love the beer & haven't had any trouble picking up a couple four-packs since Founders arrived several years ago. But this year I've scraped two singles & some of my regular places in the south metro haven't even sniffed it.

    four cases of it out in Long Lake at Liquor Barn, as of this weekend. someone cleared the shelf locally at Wayzata Wine and Spirits.

    Seems to have hit the north metro. Last Thursday, Princeton's had about 4 cases of it on the floor. Was there Monday for Abrasive, but didn't really look to see what was left.

    I don't miss the hellacious drive from the southeast metro to Maple Grove to go to my office once a week, but damn, I miss getting into Princeton's regularly!
