I told a customer, as he put 2cs into his basket, "Did you ever think a time would come when you could walk into a store a week after the release and get as much as you want?"

I don't think this was the intention, but I'm sure many are happy to get what they're looking for.

There is no longer a need to worry about a lack of Pumpkinator or DR.

This is a good thing! Just as long as the quality of the product isn't lacking.

Is it "official" that DR is released once a year now?

maybe you haven't noticed the abundance of bomb, okie, fgm, deschutes products, founders breakfast stout, etc.? these are all beers that houston went stupid for (myself included), that now sits.

I just can't bring myself to drink those any more. What's the point of drinking a beer if it's only been in one barrel?! I need my beers to be aged in at least two barrels, a multitude of barrels would be perfect.

Regular ass Parabola just isn't gonna cut it.

I have. I've also noticed the price going down on bomb. Supply and demand - we helped demand more and they supplied more. Now more places get said product. There is also more selection from more breweries than the past. Houston still lined up for Pumpkinator release and for DRs. It still happens, just different beers now. And that's cool with me. I'll just pick up those delicious shelf turds at my leisure.

This is a great thing! I still need to get one bottle more. Maybe two so I can send one in a trade as an extra.
