    Got the full allotment. 2 HI/1 BASS for myself, 1 of each for a friend, and the rest I'm probably trading. What do you guys think is a comparable stout for either trade-wise?

    I actually get a kick out of drinking a rather limited brew. That being said, I don't discriminate against shelf beers. Also, my non beer nerd friends are usually the ones always asking me how limited the beer i'm drinking is.

    I'm getting different stories from everyone. I got full allotment since some friends said they couldn't get to BPT. I'm just trying to see if there's something out there I could get that I normally don't have access to. I don't think that's asking too much.

    I guess there's no going back from proxies. Alesmith probably digs the unofficial distribution and the exposure they get by allowing them.

    Maybe go the Modern Times route and just barrel age the coffee. That would be great.

    They also have a way bigger brewery now and probably produce a lot more than they used to.
