Yikes. It's tough catching up after a weekend away

I also made a sorghum gf dry hopped ipa For my fake gluten free father in law. It turned out ok.

Note: he tries to eat gluten free except for beer and wings and I made it more as a joke gift. Called it the Glutenator with a label with his head on gladiators body sliving a loaf of bread. Pretty solid label actually

 

I like a little masochism with my beer.

 

It was nice running into @randylangford today at Market District. I was in the area for work and popped in during lunch. The unfortunate part was I narrowly missed Death by Coconut (again). I was at the House of 1K beers yesterday and they were out, but I did notice them post it on social media either last night or this morning .If anyone knows somewhere that still has it let me know.

 

@randylangford any word on how long your line will be when BCBS lands? I'm gonna guess a solid two blocks.

I guessing the line will be down to target. Some guy is already claiming first in line with his box house on the corner. At least that's what I'm assuming he's there for. If we are lucky there will be a stampede where hoarders are crushed. The screams of "regale rye" and "coffee" would be amazing. I know what we are going to doubt I don't know quantities yet so I can't put out the bottle limits and exact details. We will not be doing growlers again, however.

 

It was nice meeting you. I would have liked to talk but I get in around 1000 cases ever Tuesday, so I'm a little bit too busy.

 

If lines are what I need to fit in than Friday night and Saturday make me feel like I'm fitting in fine.

Is BCBS gonna be here on Black Friday? or is that tbd? do we know if it's comin in anywhere else around the city? apologies in advance if this was already answered.

 

Don't think BCBS has really been discussed yet. I plan on asking about it at MD Robinson this week or next but I expect the usual answer I get about anything when I ask there. "What beer is it?" then a pause and an " I don't know if we get it or not." followed by a blank stare until I walk away.
