From last night. #VBS.

opened a few bottles with some friends who are brewers at a local brewery. The bottle in the background is part of their expansive and impressive sour program they do on their own.

wanted to share the picture because one of the bottle came from a local. thanks @vitaminvert - the swingline was really good. a very unique beer.

 

Apologies to @mklisz for the delays on posting this beautiful pron. The only thing he mentioned was Dinner from MBC and then drops this craziness on me. Locals don't ship just 1 beer...

I see many pictures of a single can of HT, why do people not send more? I remember when it came out a guy sent me like 18, it was part of a large trade but still. Shoot for a case id send the money,a label, and a thank you box of beers. Is it that hard to come by now? Didnt they expand the canning line?

 

I have one four pack of heady left and I wanted to spread it out rather than drop it all on one person. I'm the closest person in the locals to Vermont and it's still a minimum of two hours to get up there to get it. Not to mention there are limits basically everywhere it's distributed and you have to go on the specific delivery day to get it.

 

A handful of stores have case limits, but you need to be lined up ahead of time usually. Most places are one four pack per person and sell out pretty quickly. So unless you want to chase the truck it's tough to get a large amount these days.

 

Ahh ok. Wasnt sure on the deal up there. One four pack limit seriously thats nuts. I happen to be off one day when ZD came out and arrived right at 11am when Floyds opened and I was still a good 30-40 people deep so I understand the line up and wait thing. I am glad for the locals that they still have a 2 case limit because I only get ZD to trade away 99% of the time to folks in here
