I toured New Belgian Brewery. I was given a sample of a sour beer while in their foeder room and just fell in love with a sour beer. I have been purchasing their Lips of Faith sours since then.

Supplication at Russian River. Opened up my eyes (errr palate) to sours which I've never had an interest in prior to that.

La Folie, Nightmare on Brett, Musty Cedarbox, (please bring this back from the dead, CS!), Hop Savant, and Tart of Darkness. All amazing sours and opened my eyes to how sours could be combined with existing styles like stouts, hoppy IPAs, etc.

First sour that helped me realize their potential was the 2012 release of The Dissident. <3

CS Origins and Nightmare on Brett. I had several Cantillions, and the Duchesse over in Belgium, but it wasn't until Origins that I actually "got" what it was all about, if that makes sense.

Berliner Weisse and gose introduced me to the world of sour beers - specifically those by Creature Comforts and Westbrook. Wicked Weed Amorous and Black Angel solidified the deal for me.

This is what I've had to date, well before sourmania; http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/223/699/ I did enjoy it as I found it close to lambic. Have not returned to sours much like Gosemania I have avoided the trends which is sad really given the crush of options popping up on the shelves.
Mania for any style turns me off to no end, which is on me. Though the mania always seems to smack of Madison Ave.

Wicked Weed Amorous and Westbrook Gose were the first two I ever had and I instantly fell in love with sour beers
