In order to qualify for this group convo you need to have posted in the first 5 pages... Haha love the paranoia

They may have also read an article about Grimm IPAs... then searched Grimm IPAs... then found a list of places where they'll be released.

But that sounds too difficult. They probably registered for this site, found the regional forums, dug through a huge multi-page forum post and lurked...

    Hey, guess what?

"Cherry-pickers" are utilizing the same sources of information that you are.

A private conversation won't help you.

You do not exist in a vacuum and your knowledge is not proprietary.

Tesseract was pretty easy to locate on draft last time. Unless you absolutely *have* to have the cans, I'd say most people stand a good chance of finding some to drink, using minimal resources.

For sure, Tesseract was easy to find last time on draft. Assuming the number of kegs is the same, the supply of cans should have been doubled this time, so hopefully it's easy enough to find cans too.

For every person who posts to this thread and adds value to the community, who knows how many people never post, never contribute here but take the information on here and use it.

I would much rather share information with people who are giving, not just taking. If someone creates a private conversation with people on this thread and other related threads who participate in the thread, count me in.

You can count me in if you want updates from Queens / Astoria - although most of the shops (as stated) update either twitter / IG / or beermenus pretty quick when they come in.

My biggest problem is the UWS does not have many locations that I know of at least. There are a couple scattered locations but that's it.

All this being said, I absolutely love Purple Prose. Very solid beer.

So happy to be re-releasing two of our all-time favorites this week.

Please don't stress too hard about locating Tesseract; this is our biggest ever batch of IPA. Both of these beers are at our NYC distributor right now.

I actually expect that deliveries to shops will start tomorrow (wednesday) and continue through the weekend and even into early next week. It's all in distributors' hands now.
