Hill Farmstead in Philly — permanently

Durango's Saloon in Boyertown has 3 HF beers on tap as of yesterday. According to beer menus.

 

Rumor has it, there will be an event in Lancaster.

 

Had Dorothy at Iron Abbey last night.

 

Al's/Pizza Boy has a Hill Farmstead tap now. Currently Conduct of Life.

 

Depending how far west you are I had a Dorothy at The Beer shop in Malvern today. They also had Mary available. No growler fills. On site consumption only.

 

I've been having it fairly frequently in Lancaster at Hunger & Thirst and The Fridge.

 

I've visited Philly twice in the last few months. I have some great friends in the city, but don't tell them that a part of my incentive of visiting is the awesome beer.

 

I'm heading to Philly this weekend and was curious if anyone knows of anywhere that will have HF this weekend? Been looking at TapFinder, but some didn't look like they were updated. Thanks!

TJs in Paoli PA has 2 on right now and always seems to have at least one on tap anymore. PS: Great place for beer and food.

Thanks! My g/f is from Vermont so we go up to the brewery pretty often, but figure if we can find some (especially the Society & Solitude which I've never had) we'd definitely go. Initial plan is to get in Friday, go to Monks/ Bru's. Get up on Saturday and uber over to Tired Hands and check both of those out. Head back to Philly and check out some of the local breweries before grabbing dinner then maybe go back to Monks depending on what we do for dinner.

 

Seems like Tria Taproom (19th and Walnut) has generally had the most regular HF offerings recently - keep an eye on their PhillyTapFinder updates. And even if no HF, they always have a great list. Monk's and Bru are also decent bets, along with Fountain Porter (although that's a bit off the beaten path and their lists aren't updated as often as one would like. and there's no working phone line.). Bainbridge Street Barrel House has had their share too lately.

 

You should check the TJs website to ensure that Tired Hands beers are still on tap before you make the trip; Hill Farmstead beers seem to kick pretty quickly.

Thanks, I'll have to stop in Philly next time I'm up that way. Since it seems to be in NY now too, I thought it might get to NJ as well.

 

Not too far from Princeton, but Isaac Newton's in Newton has had a few kegs of Hill Farmstead show up lately as well.
