12 Days of XMAS BIF

I probably don't need to but feel I should uses some Caution here. I have a want of my target and it is a limited, brewery only, barrel aged beer, but it will be a few months out of season. do you guys think my target would want it?

 

I'm definitely not as active as I have been in the 12 DoS or Newbie BIF, but some people haven't posted AT ALL. Time to step up fellas. I know I've given a couple hints already, but I don't feel like backtracking so I'm going to start over...

Hint #1: I've heard from multiple people that you're a "good guy" and from what I've seen that's 100% true. My goal this BIF is to crush your "wants", hit a couple "Santa" beers, and send a nice selection from my 2 favorite MA breweries despite you only having a few of their beers on your lists.

 

Although, I have given some content hints, I'm still working on my "Headache hints" so I will through one out in the meantime:

In a few years, it would be awesome if someone sent all 12 Christmas Bruery beers. And just for shits, they'll all be the barrel aged versions.

 

Question

does anyone ever send a growler or half growler for one of the days, also, do they just say, hey target put Day 1 or 2 in the fridge right away? or just stocking stuffer with it?

 

That'd be crazy and awesome at the same time. I wish I had more than one of each, because that would be sick to do. I am looking forward to doing that full tasting. The Stone 02-12 was fun.

 

Fresh IPA's should be sent separately from the 12-days, since our shipping window is so early. Don't leave one of the days empty in hopes of sending a fresh growler late - it might not make it in time.

Stouts, on the other hand, hold up well. I'm thinking about sending a growler of something to my target, but need to make sure of something first...

 

If you received a growler as a day, I think it'd be pretty obvious that that needs to go in the fridge ASAP. I've never sent one for a x-days box.

Personally, I'm usually a little hung over on Christmas Day as Christmas Eve is a giant party with my family. That being said, I would much rather get an awesome bottle then to share with friends and family and maybe "choke down" myself than have to drink a an entire thing on my own on a Tuesday.

So really, this is a long way have saying it doesn't matter.

 

I think that PA has some of the worst roads in the country and I've travel through a lot of it. Perhaps not as bad as Alaska!

 

Barrel aged beer out of season is that an oxymoron. I don't think it ever goes out of season!

 

Ok the old guy is feeling generous today. Or maybe I'm being cruel you'll have to be the judge.
Hint #3 My targets home state has a lower high point of elevation than my home state of NH.
