For my money, one of the biggest reasons I welcome the colder weather. Perfect beer for the fall. Beat, long day. Cheers to all the BAs on tonight.

 

Fresh fruit in your mouth

 

Dry, fruity, and spicy. Quite a nice offering from Ommegang, as is the usual for their brews.

 

Never had the Red IPA, but I liked the APA and IPA. However, I'm quite sure that the bottles I had in NH during the summer were older because this particular bottle was fantastic. The citra hops were really prominent.

Another collaboration from Lawson's/OC. Maple barleywine aged on maple and infused with maple syrup.
Wow. Not sure what to think yet. It's 10.5 is completely disguised. In addition to my home now, I've lived and worked in NH, Vermont and Maine. And I've had my share of pure maple syrup and this certainly has a lip sticking amount of pure and not artificial syrup. Shit you could put this on pancakes. Tastes like those maple syrup candies at first impression.
After dinner outside,or in, by the fire........hmmmm.

I'm not really picking up on the toaster pastry flavor, but a solid beer nonetheless...

Wife is going out of town tomorrow, so that makes it my Friday tomorrow. Good times.
