    Another one.

I keep seeing these, and posted one up myself, since I have two and they are indeed my favorite. What I want to know is what to call it. It's not quite a snifter and it's not quite a tulip (though the Fulton webstore labels it a tulip).

They're so great though. Perfect for nearly everything.

    ... goblet?

Thanks for clarifying. It's a great looking glass and sounds like it's perfect for IPAs.

Exactly. I prefer a snifter (or something similar) for a stout, or a beer like Backwoods Bastard.

My new Belgium globe was my first step away from pint glasses and it is still my favored piece of glassware.

Anyone know where I get get this glass? Saw this image posted elsewhere, guy just said that's what they were using at a nearby bar or brewery I believe. Looks like it's just some kind of wine glass. I dig the shape though. I'm a huge glassware nerd.

My all time favorite glass is my Firestone Walker English Pub Glass. Has a laser etch on the bottom for effervescence. I also like that its 20oz. Feels right in my hand and always a perfect pour. Besides that just a regular 16oz Pint glass.

Pilsner glass for me, specifically the ones at Buffalo Wild Wings, I don't know if they are specially designed to be a "BWWs" glass, or if they just claim to be, but for some reason that glass just ups the experience for me.

Only use my Jester King Snorkel glass on special occasions, scared it'll get broken if used too often and don't know if they'll sell any more of these. I guess it is an almost-tulip snifter--def my favorite, though. I have a thistle/Wee Heavy glass I like a lot, as well.

When I don't give a damn about the glassware, I always fall back to my brandy snifter regardless of beer style.

My top 3 are my Unibraue / Maudite tulip, Spieglau / DFH IPA and a curved pint (forget the technical name) from Maine Beer.
I have a pretty big collection - most are downstairs, but enough up in the kitchen that SWMBO complains about them taking up a cabinet [it's really a shelf and a half in the cabinet] but those are the ones that get the most use.

I use my IKEA 19oz Nonic type and my IKEA snifter type. About $1 each and heavy glass.

    Enjoy

I've found most my glassware at Goodwill's and thrift stores, as weird as that sounds. Can't beat quality glassware at .50 cents a pop :grinning: and I've found some damn good ones also.

For most ales and beers, a 40oz glass stein. It saves 2 trips to the fridge.
