Since I'm relatively new at this...any rules on shipping in-state to a winner? Kick in something from the cellar, I'm guessing? Thanks.

 

That or you can see if someone from group 4 will trade with you.

 

I just grabbed some bottles from the cellar when I had to "ship" in-state. But trading would also be a good strategy.
