    For sub 5% hoppy stuff, it's a pretty darn good one. Though I think there are other styles in that ABV range that really shine -- I've had some killer cream ales, lagers, etc. in the 4.5% range that are just dynamite. But Eureka definitely does its thing well, especially the part about having enough body and not turning into hop water.

    Heavy Seas has been killing it lately. I think I like the Siren Noire a little better than this, but this is great too.

    Drinking a 2014 Founders Imperial Stout right now.

    After using a 2013 Founders Imperial Stout to help emulsify a handful of Bhut Jolokia(ghost peppers), Chocolate Scotch Bonnets, Trinidad Scorpions, Habaneros, Wild Brazilians, Tabascos, and some Grenadas for extra flavor. For a batch of chili.

    Warning cooking with imperial stout can lead to drinking imperial stout.

    Then I dumped the last few ounces on top just because
