I love the aesthetic of the former, but I rarely have room to properly refrigerate them. The HF 750mL growler is the best and I wish everyone would do those. Or the aforementioned stubby 32oz growlers.

    Love me some stubby 32s

EDIT: I honestly can't tell anymore if we're seriously discussing growlers or jokingly discussing them...

I find the nicer fat-bottomed ones to just be a pain in the ass to pour/handle, but the medicine bottle type make your beer taste more generic.

North Country used to have a pretty super swing top 64, it had a hemp handle, the hemp was wrapped around some wiring or something. It made me look cool as hell.

Can't wait to see the looks on their faces when I roll into a gas station on Black Friday & tell them to fill up this bad boy - with their finest Bourbon County! #gasstationgrowler #firstinline

"Of course it's only 64 oz...can't you tell just by looking at it?"

We have 1 case coming tomorrow. I'll probaly sell it as singles 2 beer max priced like a 6pk split up. $17.99 six pack equals $3 a bottle. Nothing will be available until after I start work at 1:30 tomoorow.

Is that what a growler looks like in Bud country? I'd just like to know in case I ever get over my fear of leaving the city.

I haven't had this issue in a long time. Most places just do the various loopholes (tag around the growler, etc.) now.
