    Bringing this thread back!!
@Brew_Betty ever brew with equinox or topaz??

I only brewed with topaz once and I loved it. It was 4 or 5 oz at flameout in a small wheat beer.

I remember that beer having loads of tangerine/lime zest notes that I adored. Been a couple years but I need to order more.

Yes, I used Equinox and Topaz.

4oz of Equinox in the boil made some nice lemon/lime and a little apple flavor. It also made a light dank aroma from the boil. Didn't use it as a dry hop. Didn't get any green pepper. Will definitely use it again.

2oz of Topaz at 5 minutes and 2oz in the dry hop made some strong earthy, resin, spice and scallion notes with a little tropical fruit. If it made citrus, I couldn't tell because it was paired with Falconers Flight which makes strong citrus. Topaz isn't known to make citrus. I'm not in a hurry to use it again. The beer was a little rough from Topaz when fresh, but starting tasting and smelling good after a month.

I posted about my recently brewed Equinox IPA in a New Beer Sunday thread: http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/new-beer-sunday-week-558.349949/#post-4201670

Just brewed an Australian IPA with Galaxy and Topaz. The Topaz gave it a super dank/Lychee/Pear combo that was great with the dank tropical/grapefruit from the Galaxy. It's like if Columbus and Mosaic had a baby. I'm thinking of doing a single hop pale with it next.
