Grapefruit Sculpin is readily available and typically fresh. At least at my store.

 

I was told by a local store manager that 2015 BCBS will NOT be released on Black Friday in New Jersey because of pricing and distribution problems... Can anyone verify this? Did I just create my annual Black Friday BCBS treasure map for nothing?

 

Since I've been back in jersey the past 4 years, it has never been in stores on Black Friday by me. Always more the week after so I'm expecting around Dec 1.

 

Where in Jersey are you?

 

It's a shame that NJ can't get on the ball with this stuff. The distribution system is terrible. I have had my name on lists, guaranteed to get bottles and in the end only got 1 bottle 3 weeks after Black Friday. I should just work at a store part time for 3 months a year so I get dibs because we know that's where most of the NJ stock goes anyway.

 

Yup. I was calling around yesterday to places in PA who said we're not doing anything special for black friday, but then talked to other people who are regulars there who told me they get 1 of everything except rare. It is what it is. Maybe just take the trek to new york and line up at 11pm

 

Agreed, never on Black Friday and very difficult to find either way. I have had better luck in NY months later than in NJ in December.

 

I plan on making a trip to NY as long as my Thanksgiving bender doesn't result in a Black Friday hangover.

 

I spoke to Joe Canal's in Woodbridge, they expect to have some, they don't know how much and they can't guarantee when, they are hoping for Friday. I'll update if I get any further info.

 

I was able to find in North Jersey last year on Black Friday but very limited. I have heard the same thing this year that it will NOT be released on Black Friday.

Joe Canals should be getting their stuff, but like the one in west deptford hasn't released any info, and probably isn't getting any in time for that. Most of NJ isn't I don't believe because of pricing.
