Pron time...

This week I had a travel schedule from hell however during my travels I got to tick 4 new hand shakes and drink beer with 5 awesome locals. I met Kyle at AZ Wilderness pub before my travels took me to LA where I got to have dinner with @PG2G . Martin offered to give me a 12 shipper to haul some beers back with me since I took mine out to pasture. I thanked him for it and when he gave it to me it felt a little heavy.

I don't remember asking for wants and new ticks but of course with this group it is pretty inevitable. Thanks again Martin for the shipper, the beers and the great company.

Next up was a trip to Chicago for a company meeting. Thursday I had a long drive but the night was free so I sent a bat signal out to some FIB's to see where would be a good place for dinner and a brew. @NickyPogs and @lefty17 immediately reached out and Adam suggested I come over to his place for pizza and a share (by share he meant he would pull beers of out his cellar). I was greeted by his awesome dog at the front door and even had the opportunity to witness a great game of hide and seek and got a little painting in with his adorable daughter. Lefty pulled out a bunch of bottles for myself, Nick and @jrs3994243 and once again the company was great. As I was leaving Adam threw a couple beers my way and Jerry a nice new Teku. I am still confused as to why.

Once I got home a familiar name was on a box on my front porch Little Caesar's. While I have never ordered delivery from them I was hungry from a long day of travel and decided to open said box immediately.

This is an intense beer. Was not expecting hops to hold up to the malt, but they do. Drinkable, yet aptly named!

I'm going solo on this one to warm up for the Turkey Trot. My LIF box is packed up and shipping tomorrow and Dave should have it by Friday. My Turkey box should get delivered tomorrow since FUKIN Fedex didn't leave it even though I did not ship signature required.

Nah, just a guy with a camera and too much time on my hands hiding out in the garage.

 

General consensus was that we really wished we had something in between 2014 and 2009. The 2009 was past prime and the 2014 was a smidge young.
