Looks like a fresh batch of Coffee/Vanilla Dark App just dropped at the brewery.

 

Got to try the cognac tonight Thanks to the boys at the brewery and it's awesome......it was a toss up between that and the oro negros for taste but the ba black maple was the chewy one......it was tough to crown a champ tonight! Good work boys at Jackie o's and thanks for the fresh mystic too! Cheers

 

I would love to be able to try this one. I wish I lived closer to be able to get some.

 

Is anyone going to the anniversary party? Me and a buddy are heading down and not sure what the best hotel would be, seeing as it's our first anniversary party. Any suggestions?

 

@beace , think you guys might work another deal with a hotel? Just curious.

 

I'm a fan of the Baymont Inn. It's a step up quality-wise from Super 8 but still reasonably affordable and it's reasonably close. Lots of people stay there as well, so there will be bottle shares if that's something that interests you.

I've been checking the Jackie Os blog about 5x a day for the last week waiting for that sweet, sweet tap and bottle list. I think I have a problem -- and I'm ok with that.

Athens folks -- is there a campus taxi service? A big group of us are staying at the Hampton Inn (hotel points) and we are hoping we don't have to walk all that way Friday night.

 

No one is going, nor should you. It sucks........kidding of course. My buddies and I went another route and booked through AirBnb this time around. On Grosvenor. Easy walking distance.

 

Awesome thank you. Just an FYI for anyone else calling, the lady just told me that all they have are king size beds for the night of the 4th.

 

Scratch that, I just called and asked for the Jackie O's rate right off the bat, and they had double rooms available. Not sure what happened the first time I called.

Negative -- it hasn't been posted yet. Pretty sure some of the details were still TBD and dependent on the schedule of the construction work currently taking place at their Taproom.

 

I can't go so now for the first time, I'm actually dreading this tap list release ha. To my friends who will be down there, don't worry, I'll just be at home refreshing Untappd every 30 seconds and sending you "OOOOH how was that?!?!" messages non-stop.

 

You still up for FaceTime mutual crying? Lol

Hopefully I can race down from work at 6pm on Saturday and still get a couple good taps by 9pm.

 

I have a baby due the 13th! I am praying she comes on time so I can attend the party. ..They are always a fun, good people, great beer!

 

Anyone else see that sneak peek of a tap list? Pretty sure that's what heaven is like. Can't wait to be back in Ohio.
