If by best you mean being able to make a wide range of styles exceptionally well, my top three in BC would be 1. Four Winds 2. Brassneck 3. Yellow Dog

BC - Four Winds, by a long shot with some respectable runner ups. Like many places, the best beer made here doesn't distribute out of the province.

The rest I haven't had enough exposure to comment, other then some awesome Quebec beers where DDC rules supreme.

The problem with naming the best brewery in a province or state lies in a general saying "Jack of all trades, Master of none". Im gonna use Quebec as an example because I know the beers here better than most places. Le Castor makes the best IPA in the province hands down... the rest of their beers are good but not world class. DDC makes a great runner up IPA and some of the best stouts I've tried here. Unibroue does masterful belgians. Charlevoix is second best "but a close second" all around, they would be the jack of all trades to me.

When it comes down to it, your personal style preference will change who you think is the best your province has to offer. And then one taste you find off could make you hate one of the "best" breweries. Its a lot easier to compile a list of the provinces top breweries, say top 5, than to just choose one.

Agree! Their Oatmeal Stout (@Yard & Flagon, Saskatoon) was delicious and their IPA (@ Rook & Raven, Saskatoon) was definitely awesome.
