I agree... I'm not going to buy as much as I can this year.

While I agree with your general sentiment, aren't the 0.59 to 0.88 per ounce prices we're seeing on BCBS this year still less than the price per ounce on at least some of those? I don't know for sure, I'm just asking.

So I've got no info on whether other retailers in DC are getting Rare and Regal, but I can confirm that Schneider's will have multiple cases of each (3-4). I'm sure it'll be 1 bottle/person for both beers, but if you're in the first 30-40 people there on Friday, you'll probably be good!

At least there was no limit. I was able to walk away with their full allocation (2 Barleywine and 6 BCBS cases) minus a few bottles. Sucked there was no case discount.

Did WF P Street have all variants (excluding Prop) on tap for growler fills last year?

Yeah there is only 12 bottles per case though unlike previous years where it was 24 bottles. I feel shorted about 80 ounces per case.

$1,296 before tax just for the regular. Wow, well congratulations on getting a beer you really seek out.

I'm mostly keeping an eye out here for my friends who are searching for it.

To each their own, I'm just going to buy a sixer of Bell's Java Stout for 16.99 and call it a year on stouts

So, thanks for being what's wrong with this "hobby" and hoarding it all for yourself!! 126 bottles of the regular all for you...

Correct. Tapped at like 10 or 11. We got everything but Vanilla and were like 20-25th in line.

Not trying to start a fight, I just didn't want others to go there expecting to find it. Either way, I'm not hoarding it all...I could have gone to other stores as well.

Nope. I have three in person friends who want a bottle each of everything but rare if we can find it. So 9 total bottles..not a case! They help me find other things, so I'm helping them.

I don't sell things on Craigslist and eBay, and I buy beer for me or my friends to drink. Don't trade either.

    Beer is for drinking!

Not sure, they got a lot of Regular and Barleywine though. I would imagine it'll be at least 2 bottles/person for those two, likely more.

So what you're saying is that you're not hoarding goose island's entire supply which would be bad, just an entire store which is ok? It would be one thing if the store got a case or two, but the store got 8 and you took all 8... Oy vey.
