I am looking to land a Ba old stock, but am not really sure what to offer up (have not seen them on the forums)? Not sure of the demand for, or value the beer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
The 2009 Bourbon Aged Old Stock is still available online for $20 (bineandvine.com, probably others too). It may not ship to your state, but it's easy enough to get.
In that case, $4$ locals. In PA, that one shouldn't be hard. $20 is low, I paid $23/bottle but have seen $25 as well.
BA old stock is a delicious but comparatively overpriced (often $20~$25 for 500ml bottle) beer. it's probably still on shelves in some places. can you get RR sours like supplication and consecration in PA? if so, i'd bet either one of those would get done as a direct "ISO: BA old stock, FT: supplication" post. there's other PA stuff that would get it done too, i'm sure.
Find someone near Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, they are sitting on the shelves @ $16/bottle. You should be able to find someone to trade with you if you post like Pahn said.
The 2009 bourbon BA old stock is still available here for $22ish per bottle. Shoot me a BM if you're interested. If there are some Russian river sours on the shelf up in PA that would work for me. I'd also ask you to ship first. But to answer your question, good limited shelf beers or seasonals should get this done.
