Excellent! Any chance you guys will be at ABR (Autumn Brew Review) next month?

    Hey guys,

To Shag - ABR is highly doubtful. We've never even talked about it and I don't know that we've received an invite. Maybe in the future, it does sound like a fun event!

To alcstradamus - I appreciate the honesty and support. Feel free to send me an email of any places you'd recommend in your area, either draft or bottles, or just to chat about beer. mike at tgbrews dot com. In all honesty, the earliest we'd be in that area would be after the new brewhouse is up and running. We just really don't have the beer to spare at the moment. Distribution to Wisconsin thus far has been limited, but nonetheless, your frustration is heard loud and clear. It's certainly not our goal to alienate anyone.

To mjmoser - I love the Chicago area, and we'd love to be in that market, but I don't think we'll be able to get there soon.

I know the limited availability and difficulty of obtaining our beer has been a source of frustration for some, we're doing everything we can to supply beer, but we are absolutely maxed out on production right now. We appreciate everyone who drinks our beer and helps us try to achieve our goal of delivering the freshest beer possible.

    -Mike

Shame to hear that being a no on Chicago :slight_frown: I just moved here from IC and will be missing your beers. Keep up the good work guys.

I second this! It would be nice to see More TG in Iowa!

I could not agree with you more! As Mike said, be patient with us because growth takes time and money, and for efficiency we are growing in a slow radius in avenues of least resistance. The quad cities are in our business plan and I really think we will exceed our planned timing goal for your market, although we do not have any accounts that have called to get on the waiting list yet.

We have to have more beer first, which is coming via our new expansion project slated to be complete in December, and we need to increase our cooperage which will be done as well. You will probably see bottles first, with draft showing up if it will be supported! Thank you for your honest opinions. They mean a lot to us.

Thanks to the TG guys for being so open and forthcoming in this thread. Had a few of your brews at the Great Taste and loved them. Super happy to hear that Minn. is in your growth plans. Now I just need to find the right weekend to come down from MSP.

So I am driving home from St. Louis MO to Minneapolis MN this Sunday and based on what I heard from friends that went to the Great Taste, I am taking the detour and stopping in to your tap room. You do sell growlers on Sunday right? I come from the land of arcane beer laws where such a thing is not allowed!

Yup, you can get growler fills on Sundays. Cheers!

I have been hurting for Toppling Goliath beer since I moved out of Iowa back in May, and I wish your stuff was in every bar and every store shelf. That said, keep doing what you are doing. Grow as slowly as you need to and keep prioritizing quality.

Even if I can't get my hands another one of your beers until I can arrange a trip back to Iowa, I will keep trumpeting your handy work as some of the best in the country. Because it is. Keep it up!

Hey, look, I found a reason to post on BA!

Sometimes you can find Mornin' Delight in bottles if you know the right people.

Good to hear that people are finally getting their taste of TGBrews.

I will concur with Chief - Kentucky Brunch is something to behold. My fellow brewmaniacs were able to get some last year and it was phenomenal. When Clark gets that bottling line up and going, just pray he's generous enough to put the Kentucky Brunch into bottles. It's pretty much KBS+. Just terrific.

I don't think that there's any better after a two hour drive thru slush/ice/snow than getting to the tap house, pulling up a seat, and getting a chalice full of Mornin Delight...Heck, if you're lucky, maybe The Chief and Murph will stop shoveling the parking lot and come in and join you for a beer...Cheers!

Would love to see your beers in Omaha, NE someday :-). For now I will just have to try to make it over to El Bait Shop or Zombie Burger from time to time when they have your product. Cheers!

Stopped in on the way through town yesterday. Great beers and friendly people. Mornin' Delight lived up to the rave reviews. The rest of the beers were also excellent. I tried everything they had on tap except for the light lager and was impressed by them all. Well Done TG!

Yes, if you know the right people you might just end up with a bottle of both. They are both so good. It's good to see how much fanfare Mornin' Delight has received. Kentucky Brunch is just as good.

Do you have any date set or a general idea I can't wait to see your beers up here in the Twin Cities, I have been hearing nothing but greatness about your brews and I have been dying to try them along with all my fellow Minnesotan BA's.

We should be able to bring you bottled beer in MN by late spring to summer 2013. As I mentioned, we love the beer fans and people of MN and growing up in the tri state area gave me lots of time to travel to Rochester and MSP as ofter as possible! I can hardly wait to drink one or our beers in your fine state! And hopefully have a little time to fish! Besides, I gotta please Spank! He is a great beer drinker!

Just about polished off my growler of Psuedo Sue, and just opened it last night. Going to dig into the G'Nug in the next few days.

It was great stopping by there this past Friday. Got to meet the rest of the team, and had a great time. Cannot wait for the new beer with Riwaka hops they are doing.

Mornin Delight was phenomenal as was Assassin. I can honestly say these both more than hold their own with some of the best stouts around. I've had some greats(BCBS, BCBCS, Parabola, Marshal Zhukrov, KBS, just to name a few)

Really looking forward to Kentucky Brunch as well. I'm sure I'll be down there again real soon!! Keep up the hard work guys. It was great meeting everyone on last Friday.
