Picked these up on vacation last week:


Plus a bottle of Parabola, Double DBA, Scotch Whisky Black Hole (hated it), and Wooky Jack.

 

I LOVE Westbrook Citrus Ninja Exchange. Worked out a trade for some and Im damn glad I did.

That Rye Wyne is good too

 

Sipped an 07 Cuvee Rene the other day and it was quite delicious!

I once again have an amazing photo to post. Gpawned went to the Great Taste in Chicago and asked if he could pick me up anything from Three Floyds or any of the shops. The answer was yes. An amazing beer advocate and a true friend.

I couldn't take the picture in the kitchen where I normally snap photos. I had to clear the work bench. Everything pictured except the duct tape and spark plug cabinet was purchased and transported 100's of miles in exchange for the cost of the beer and a couple of bottles that he doesn't even find particularly interesting.

My dad just drove an impressive haul back from Massachusetts back to Florida with him (some of which is, hopefully, going to make its' way to Texas ). He's not on BA, but I did have to ask if he had room in his car for himself and my mother:

I need to find one of those tin signs! Why are they forever out of things until after I leave?!?

 

This might not be an impressive haul for you guys, but it's pretty damn awesome for me. I live in Quebec, Canada, so I don't really have access to these beers unless I drive 4 hours to the States and 4 hours back. My parents went to Vermont for a few days, so I gave 'em a shopping list...They got me what they could find, and seems they did pretty well. Absent from the pics are Hoptimum, A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale, and Founder's Reds Rye P.A. (Outstanding beer by the way) which are already gone.









The last two I bought myself:

- Les Trois Mousquetaires Porter Baltique (Soooo love this beer.)

- Ca Va Brasser - Première Saison. This beer is the result of a TV series here in Quebec which payed a visit to 13 microbreweries as they collaborated to make ONE beer. Yes, that's a 13 micro collaboration, including the likes of Dieu du Ciel, McAuslan, Charlevoix, Troi du Diable, etc...
