    Ha! Saw your post, and kinda used it as the time in the tasting to break for a post. Plan was to go darker afterwards, but a little break before that ever hurt anyone. Dad's been helping mom out with cleanup, so it works out. He did mention the Tripel was his favorite of the four, which was not too big a surprise.
