So was brewing late last night in the dark and misplaced one of my leather gloves. I didn't think anything of it but it must have froze to the bottom of the kettle lid and after the boil I placed the lid on the wort....Sooo do to the temp being -10 c (14 F) I couldn't use my hose and wort chiller so I figured I would leave the kettle to cool in the snow. Well I found my glove in the wort a couple hours later and the wort ended up taking all night to cool. Wow! multiple mistakes on this one. Im going to continue as usual but was wondering what your opinions are(is it ruined?) and if it turns out maybe some name suggestions, I was thinking Danny Glover Cream Ale

It might be fine. All you can do at this point is wait and see.

A good sized pitch of yeast will help, but it might have "hints of leather'

I would hold out very little hope that this beer will be drinkable. That said, I would let it ferment and then taste it when fermentation is done. At that point you should be able to tell if it is worth packaging.

Unconventional, but I agree this might be the best course of action. Trying to think of a downside... @VikeMan?

I wouldn't have high hopes but I guess it may depend on how new/clean your glove was.

    As for names,

    "All you need is glove"
"Stop! In the name of glove!"
    "The gloves are off"
"Can you feel the glove tonight"
    "Forbidden glove"
    "Can't help falling in glove"

It's going to be infected...call it a wild ale and print a goofy label...be glad you didn't pay 20$ for a bottle of malt vinegar labeled as craft beer.

If it turns out really bad, you can always reduce in a pan and add some molasses and tomatoe puree to make a tangy bbq sauce.
