Figured the best way to wind down the night would be with my favorite bastard iteration, oaked arrogant bastard. Had a great and delicious Thanksgiving, and I hope you all did the same! Stay safe tomorrow if you wander out BA'S!! Cheers!

Langford has shown some good flashes this year. Needs a little work on his hands but he's solid. Good thing too with Forte most likely being gone next year.

    Edit: Inspectah Deck, good album.

Still plenty of harvest ales left to clear out..

This is just as incredible as last year. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, lime, peach, pineapple, mango, berry, pepper, and pine; with some light caramel/bready malt and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Good sized pine/citrus rind bitter finish; with a nice sticky, resinous, and dry finish. I love Mosaic hops. This is definitely one of the top contenders for the season.

Incredible! Taste of huge grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, papaya, mango, lemon zest, orange peel/rind, and pine; with light-moderate honey/bready maltiness and herbal/floral/grassy dank hop earthiness. Good amount of pine/rind/herbal bitterness; with a very smooth and sticky/resinous mouthfeel with a touch of bready malt creaminess. Nice moderate dryness from sticky bitterness; with no cloying or astringency from hops at all. Very smooth with minimal warming for the ABV. Glad to have been able to get a 4 pack this year, after visiting ND/MN a couple weeks ago.

Exactly 1 year old. WOW. Huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, molasses, maple, fudge, toffee, vanilla, bourbon, toasted oak, and light smoke/char. Balanced bittersweet roast finish with a good amount bourbon/oak spiciness as well. Smooth/creamy/silky mouthfeel; warming finish, no booziness. The lightly salty bacon notes that were present when fresh, don't appear to be there now. However, the barrel presence is enormous now; with balanced coffee and malt/maple syrup sweetness. This is just as fantastic, and tastes extremely similar to 1 year aged KBS right now IMO. Absolutely amazing!

    Cheers!

This is definitely the best AAL album IMO.

I need to find more bands similar to Rhapsody, because they are one of small handful power metal bands I listen to regularly. (the others being in the same vein of musicianship). So much prog/neoclassical feel. I listen to them for a full day sometimes.

That, my friend, is a good list. Canadian Bacon was good as well and an honorable mention to his role in Blues Brothers.

Ugh, still working my way through this Ballast Point Sea Monster to end the night.
Highlight of the day was Hennepin with turkey dinner and Really Old Brown Dog with dessert.
I'm smashed, and it was worth it. Cheers people ........ to hell with Aaron Rodgers sucking my team into the abyss .....

Such a good movie. Who is Harry Crumb? is a good Candy film too, I think it is greatly under appreciated.
