Part of the reason I don't like Blanchards. They have a great selection of items but no consistent placement. I usually have to walk through the entire store before I find what I came to get.

Sounds like there is plenty out there to be had, but I will add the Watertown Gordon's to the list. Several cases of regular, 10.99, no apparent limit.

Yeah I'm seeing regular everywhere. The higher price point and larger size is likely causing it, methinks.

the price for regular hasn't gone up by nearly the same degree as Coffee or Barleywine.

rough price for ounce increase I see (assuming $25 for all of the above 4 packs last year, $11 this year for reg, $15 for the others this year)

Regular price increase / ounce: 24%
    Coffee / Barleywine increase / ounce: 70%

the regular was never really hard to find around here. I think it actually seems a bit harder to find this year despite the price increase. 2 years ago I had no problem finding coffee at all, last year was really hard, this year even harder.

Foundry's Facebook page said yesterday morning they still had '13/'15 BCBS, '13/'15 Barleywine, and Regal Rye left. Not sure what they have left today.

Ashland main st wine and spirits has regular for 9.99, no limit as of last night.
Place next to whole foods Framingham just ran out of barleywine but has cases of regular, 10.99.

And Super Liquors just off route 9 in Framingham has plenty of regular too. Not sure of their price.

So if you need regular, metro west has crap loads.

Just hit Gordons in Waltham again because I'm an idiot and realized after the fact Friday that I didn't buy any 2015 stout. I counted 30 cases on the floor. Two by the bottles opened up so you could grab singles and the rest stacked up as you approached checkout. Did not see any of the variants

I really hope the regular just sits and collects dust at this price/size and they learn their lesson for next year. 4 pack or GTFO.

what are the other stouts that spend a year in barrels that are cheaper? I can't come up with any.

nobody bats at eye at BA Framinghammers at this price

GI is an easy target because people love to hate Bud and GI, and then buy 2cs of BCBS and complain about it. C'mon man it's craft beer!

GI had a good thing with 4 packs. Marketing/Sales got greedy with the beer geeks.

It was crazy cheap at the 4 pack price relative to comparable options. No one balks at paying what FW charges for Parabola or any of their rare offerings and those certainly don't sit on shelves. I think BCBS is now fairly priced based on the market.

If anyone hears of, or sees, a Coffee tapping, drop a line! I missed bottles, but would like to try.

Place next to WF in Framingham had Coffee on Black Friday. Was gone pretty quick I was told.

Wegmans Burlington had around 6-8 cases left this afternoon, no variants. 2 bottle per person per day limit posted @ 9.99/bottle. I did not see a run on it while in the beer section so my guess is you can find some there the next day or two...
