I'm really sorry about this; the information (excepting for those that haven't gotten back to me yet) is all in my BMs, I just need to get it organized and it all sent. That last part is the hard part because I'm still having connection problems with the BA site that I've been having for 2+ weeks.
I found a listing on ebay for a $50 bcbs unopened yesterday.Today there's at least 10 more including $500 for rare. Reported them all!!!!

Crazy idea , but what if we'all put are info minus addresses into the pm group you started? That should buy some time to figure out your problem?
You ever try going through a proxy server for a little while to see if it helps? I've been on other forums where I was having DNS connection issues for a while and I would just go on through a proxy for a bit until it got resolved.
