Not downtown, but Kappy's in Eastie had some as of a day ago. Also may be on tap at Lower Depths.

FWIW, I spoke with a store yesterday in Cambridge that got one case of BCBS. They're considering sending it back because the charge to them was $250. Good for them.

Liquor Junction in Reading had a couple cases on the floor at the impressive price of $8.94 a bottle. Didn't appear to be a limit though I didn't ask. And for those avoiding GI, they just got in You Enjoy My Stout too, also for $9.

Between this place, Redstone, and Rapid, the 28 corridor through Reading and Stoneham is a better place for beer than it has any right to be really.

The Merchant in downtown Boston (bar) just got 12 bottles of Regal Rye today (they tweeted it as well if you want to check it out). As of 6:30pm tonight they said I was the first to buy one. Price is $25 but I split it with a buddy. They also had Coffee ($15) and regular BCBS (didn't get the price) on tap as well. It was rainy tonight but I wouldn't expect the Rye to make it too long!

By 'bar' does that mean they only sold bottles for consumption on premises?

That's an awesome price for on-site consumption. Wow.

It was worth it. That bottle is perfect for two solid pours and then grab a pour of the Coffee on draft as well. Don't think you can beat that combination anywhere in the state right now.

Wow, I was visiting Boston from NYC (not a Yankees fan I swear) for the holiday and was amazed to see Coffee on tap anywhere, as it typically kicks within an hour here; and it's on tap for DAYS?! Regal was selling somewhere in Boston and no one lined up for it? I might need to move. If you want a laugh compare this with the NYC thread, over there it's stories of 10-hour lines, riots, truck chasing, and $100 bottles of Rare.

Getting all that stuff was probably GI's compensation for stiffing MA on Rare

Unfortunately, not in the city. Kappy's in east boston is sold out. You can try giving Mystic Wine Shoppe a call in Arlington to see if they still have some (they did as of last night), but can't be sure.
